EMDR is a robust, highly effective therapeutic approach, which utilises eye movements (or another form of bilateral stimulation such as auditory tones) in order to create lasting healing and change. EMDR works to heal trauma and difficult experiences from the past, but it has also been shown to be effective for depression, anxiety, attachment styles, phobias and many other challenges. EMDR is completely adaptable to online work. Please note that clients are never obligated to utilise this protocol and can opt for talk therapy.
